Tsavo East is the park where you can see the infamous “Man-Eaters of Tsavo” lions, as well as elephants, rhinos, birds and other wildlife. Tsavo West offers tremendous views of a landscape packed with diverse wildlife habitats, rocky ridges, acacia woodlands, isolated hills, semi-desert scrubs and mountain forest.

Day 01: Nairobi – Tsavo East. Pick up from your hotel at 08:00am and drive to Tsavo East national park to arrive in time for lunch at the tented camp or lodge. Afternoon game viewing drives in this park which covers approximately forty percent of the total area of all Kenya’s National Parks. It is credited as one of the world’s leading biodiversity strongholds, and its terrain provides perfect game-safari territory and is renowned for its large numbers of elephants and the famous man eating lions and Aruba dam. Accommodation at Voi Safari Lodge.

Day 02: Tsavo East – Tsavo West. Morning game viewing drive before breakfast. After breakfast depart for  Tsavo West. Game drive enroute to our accommodation place for lunch. In the afternoon game viewing drives with a visit the rhino sanctuary.  Accommodation at Ngulia Safari Lodge.

Day 03: Tsavo West – Nairobi. Early morning breakfast game drive with a visit to Mzima springs – the most iconic attraction in this park. The crystal-clear water of this chain of lakes is filtered through the volcanic rocks of the Chyulu Hills just to the north. Shaded by majestic fig and acacia trees, the lakes swarm with fish, large crocodiles and some big pods of hippos. You can leave your vehicle and follow a pretty nature trail – though you need to keep an eye out for large animals, especially early in the morning or before dusk. If you’re lucky, the underwater viewing chamber, accessed by a pier, can provide unique photo opportunities – of a sinuous, gliding crocodile, or the delicate, tiptoe, swimming-walking style of a hippo. After breakfast depart Tsavo West for drive back to Nairobi.
